Lant is committed to your complete satisfaction. Every order goes through careful inspection before shipping to ensure quality and condition. If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we're here to make it right.

Eligible Products for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged due to shipping

• The received product differs from what was ordered due to an error on our part

• Ready-made, non-customized products, if in their original unused condition

Non-Returnable Products

Under Saudi e-commerce regulations, the following are excluded from the right of return:

• Laser-engraved products, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part

• Products customized to the customer's specifications

• Used or opened products in a way that affects their resale value

Return or Exchange Steps

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or store email within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Attach clear photos of the product along with your order number

3. We'll respond within 24 to 48 business hours

4. Once approved, we'll arrange the exchange or refund with you, and send you the return details

Refunds

The product price is refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return being confirmed. Lant covers the return shipping cost; the original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.

Nature of Wood Products

Lant products are made from 100% natural wood, free of dyes or synthetic materials, and finished with safe, natural oils. Because of this, you may notice slight variations in color shade or wood grain from one piece to another — this reflects the authenticity of the material, not a manufacturing defect.
