At LANT, your satisfaction is our priority. Every order goes through a careful quality check before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or differs from what you requested, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligible for Return

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged due to shipping

• The product received differs from what was ordered due to our error

• Ready-made (non-customized) products returned unused in their original condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Saudi E-Commerce regulations, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Laser-engraved products — unless there is a confirmed defect or error on our part

• Products customized to the customer’s specifications

• Used or opened products that can no longer be resold

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or our store email within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Send clear photos of the product along with your order number

3. We will review and respond within 24 to 48 business hours

4. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange or refund

4. Refund

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days from return confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. About Our Wood Products

LANT products are made from 100% natural wood with no dyes or synthetic materials. We use safe, natural oils for finishing. Slight variations in color tone or wood grain may appear between pieces — this is a mark of the material’s authenticity, not a manufacturing defect.
