Shipping Within Saudi Arabia
Several delivery options:

Free shipping via Redbox on orders over 250 SAR.
Once shipped, orders within Saudi Arabia arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping to GCC Countries
We offer international shipping via Aramex to GCC countries. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination country. Delivery time varies by country and is longer than domestic delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it from your orders page on our store, or contact us and we'll send you the tracking number directly.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails and the order is returned to us, the shipping cost is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded — unless the order includes engraving or customization, in which case it cannot be refunded and will be reshipped to the customer, with the customer covering the cost of both the return and re-delivery shipping.
Editing Order Details After Shipping
Once an order ships, it's in the courier's custody. Any changes to the address or delivery details after this point may incur additional fees based on the courier's policy. Contact us and we'll help follow up with the responsible courier.
